TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DEAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Introduction

Welcome to Deal Club, a membership program operated by The Dealmakers Academy Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your membership, outlining both our responsibilities and yours. By signing up, you agree to abide by these terms.

Membership & Fees

2.1 Trial Offer & Ongoing Membership Fees

• New members are eligible for a £1 trial for the first month.
• After the trial period, membership will automatically renew at £99 + VAT per month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• By signing up, you agree to these terms and the automatic transition to the standard membership fee unless cancelled in advance.

2.2 Payments & Refunds

• All payments, including the £1 trial and subsequent monthly fees, are non-refundable.
• There is no money-back guarantee—your success in dealmaking is your responsibility.
• Failure to make payments will result in membership suspension or cancellation until payment is reinstated.
• If a date is changed, postponed, or cancelled, The Dealmakers Academy is not liable for anything more than the ticket price that has already been paid to The Dealmakers Academy.

2.3 Payment Plans for Additional Services

• If additional services (e.g., coaching, training, or consultancy) are purchased via instalments, you agree to the provided payment schedule.
• A missed payment may result in suspension of access to those services until payments are up to date.

2.4 Membership Status & Event Access

• Free entry to Deal Club Live events is a benefit of active membership only.
• If a member cancels their membership, any future event bookings made under that membership will be void, and attendance will require a paid ticket at the standard rate.

Membership Benefits & Access

3.1 What’s Included in Your Membership

As a Deal Club member, you receive:

✅ Access to exclusive business acquisition training and resources.
✅ Entry to monthly Deal Club Live Events at no additional cost.
✅ Monthly Dealmakers Soft Skills reports on key business skills.
✅ Private access to member-only online content.

3.2 Membership of Online Communities & Events

• Membership of private groups (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, or internal forums) is at our discretion.
• Any form of unsolicited selling, pitching, or self-promotion within these groups is not permitted and may result in removal.

Suitability & Responsibility

4.1 Your Responsibility

• It is the member’s responsibility to determine whether The Deal Club is suitable for their needs.
• Neither The Deal Club nor its representatives provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
• Members are fully responsible for their own business decisions and outcomes.

Intellectual Property & Content Usage

5.1 Rights & Restrictions

• All training materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, presentations, and live event content, remain the copyright of The Dealmakers Academy Ltd.
• Materials may not be copied, distributed, shared, or resold without written permission.

5.2 Membership Access

• Memberships, materials, and bonuses are non-transferable.
• Membership may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to another party.

Conduct & Community Standards

6.1 Positive & Professional Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a supportive and professional Deal Club community. Members are expected to:

✔ Engage respectfully with other members.
✔ Avoid disruptive behaviour, spamming, or solicitation.
✔ Act in a way that upholds the integrity of the Deal Club community.

Solicitation of business is not permitted at any of our events or on our LinkedIn group.

6.2 Consequences of Misconduct

• Any conduct that negatively impacts other members or damages the reputation of The Deal Club may result in membership termination without compensation.

Cancellation & Termination

7.1 Cancelling Your Membership

• You may cancel your membership at any time. However, cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of membership.

7.2 Deal Club’s Right to Terminate Membership

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend membership access if:

• A member violates these Terms and Conditions.
• A member fails to make a required payment.
• A member engages in behaviour that is deemed harmful to the community.

Commercial Agreement & Legal Terms

8.1 Business Agreement, not a Consumer Agreement

• This is a commercial agreement, not a consumer agreement.
• As such, consumer protection rights, such as cooling-off periods, do not apply.

8.2 Agreement Acceptance

• By signing up for Deal Club, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
• Agreeing to these terms is binding and cannot be cancelled outside of the terms stated above.
